Mobile Ticketing FAQs

Why the transition to mobile ticketing?
Transitioning to digital ticketing provides a safe and contactless environment for our fans upon entry. Digital ticketing will also reduce the risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets while also providing the ability to easily manage and transfer your tickets at any time.

Why haven’t I received my mobile tickets?
-Login to the Buffs Mobile App using your email address and password and check manage tickets. They should be there.
-Check your junk mail folder
-Be sure to add our email address, cutix@colorado.edu and updates@cubuffs.fanone.com to your email contact list

What if I lose/delete my ticket delivery email?
At any time you can log into your Buffs Mobile App or CU Ticket Account to view your tickets.

Can I print my mobile tickets?
No. Mobile tickets must be scanned from a smartphone for entry.

When will my tickets be available on my account?
Tickets will be available close to gameday if they are not there yet.

How do I ensure that I can access my tickets on gameday via my smartphone?
We HIGHLY recommend that you add all your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet prior to gameday. This will prevent you from having wifi connectivity issues at the gate as the tickets will be stored in your digital wallet.

What if my guest(s) and I arrive to the event at different times?
You can transfer your tickets to each guest(s) through your online account prior to your arrival. We recommend completing transfers at least 24 hours prior to the game.

What if I do not have a smartphone or if my phone battery dies on game day?
You can visit customer service on gameday and present a valid form of photo ID that matches the name associated with the account and the ticket office can reprint your tickets.
