Colorado Cross Country Camps

Nestled 5,430 feet above sea level, Boulder, Colorado is renowned as the heart of the running world, home to Olympic athletes and elite runners alike. This summer, experience the ultimate training ground at the Boulder Running Camp, where you’ll live, learn, and train like the best.

From July 7-11, runners (grades 6-12) are invited to immerse themselves in the culture of top-tier distance running. You’ll train on the iconic University of Colorado’s campus, surrounded by stunning mountain views and the same paths that have seen some of the world's greatest athletes push their limits.

This day camp allows you to:

  • Train at High Altitude: Enhance your endurance and fitness in the mile-high city, where your body will adapt to the thin air, making running at lower altitudes easier and faster.
  • Learn from Elite Athletes and Coaches: Train with NCAA and world-class runners and expert coaches who will share their strategies, insights, and training tips to help you reach your running goals.
  • Build Connections: Network with like-minded runners, exchanging experiences and forming lasting friendships with people who share your passion for the sport.
  • Experience Boulder’s Running Legacy: Explore some of the most iconic training routes in the country, with access to world-class coaching and cutting-edge sports science.

This immersive camp is perfect for athletes of all abilities looking to take their running to the next level, whether you're aiming for college recruitment or just striving for personal improvement. Don't miss out on the chance to experience the Running Mecca of the World with the guidance of coaches and athletes who know what it takes to compete at the highest level.
