ALCOHOL

Alcohol can be purchased at designated vendor locations throughout Folsom Field.  Individuals with unauthorized possession of alcoholic beverages, including anyone possessing alcohol under the age of 21, will be removed from the stadium. Inebriated individuals will be denied admission to the stadium. Such ejections are not grounds for refunds.

ADA SHUTTLE

Parking for persons with disabilities is available in lot 204 (18th Street and Euclid Avenue). A state ADA placard or license plate is required to park in this lot. ADA parking is $35 Text to Pay after you park. A wheelchair-accessible shuttle transports ticket holders with disabilities between lot 204 and Southwest Entrance continuously for three hours before the game and for one hour after the game.  If additional accessible parking arrangements are needed to accommodate fans' needs, please call Parking Services Events Parking section at 303-735-PARK (7275).

ANIMALS

Animals are not allowed within Folsom Field; only Service Animals. Emotional Support Animals are not accepted. 

Service Animal Information

When it is not obvious a dog is a service animal, the following inquiries are permitted: 
(1)    Is the dog required because of a disability?
(2)    What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?

BABY CHANGING AREAS

Family Restrooms are located on the East Concourse between Gates 8 & 10. Balch Fieldhouse restrooms also are equipped with changing stations.

BAG CHECK/TAG

Only Working/Credentialed persons are allowed to have a non-compliant bag checked and tagged. This can be done at the North East; South West; 378 (before Rolling Gate), and West Entrances.

BUFF BUSES

Shuttle from East Campus will begin 3hr prior to gates opening and end ~1hr post game. For issues call 303-492-7152 or use TEXT for ASSISTANCE 720-812-1769.

CAMERAS & VIDEO EQUIPMENT

Small Personal cameras are permitted, however professional grade video or camera equipment (e.g. telephoto lenses), tripods, or monopods are prohibited.

CHILD AND AT-RISK ADULT ID WRISTBAND PROGRAM

Guest Services offers a Child and At-Risk Adult ID Wristband Program during large-scale events held at Folsom Field. Important information, such as contact number and seat location, can be written on the wristband. This program helps security and law enforcement personnel to reunite with a loved one if they become separated from their parent or guardian. Wristbands are available at any Guest Relations Gazebo.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
CONCESSIONS (CASHLESS)

Concessions areas are located in Balch Fieldhouse, on the Southwest plaza, the East concourse, the Rooftop and premium seating areas. Concession stands are open beginning two hours prior to kickoff until 10 minutes left in the fourth quarter. Please note all concessions at Folsom Field are cashless.

ENTRANCES OPEN

Entrances to Folsom Field open 2hrs prior to kickoff. We recommend entering the gates at least 60 minutes prior to kickoff. Prior to entering the stadium gates, all patrons are subject to security screening, which may include walk-through metal detectors, electronic wanding & inspection of bags or other personal items. Also be sure to check out our list of Permitted and Prohibited items as well as our clear bag policy

GENDER INCLUSIVE RESTROOMS

Gender inclusive restroom locations are on the east concourse. These restrooms are single-occupant restrooms and anyone (regardless of gender, sex, gender identity, familial status, etc.) may use them for their intended purpose or other appropriate purpose (such as needing a private space for personal reasons for a very limited amount of time). There is also a unisex Restroom at the Gate 3 (First Aid). Misuse of these facilities (for example, smoking, engaging in sexual activity, etc.) is prohibited.

KULTURE CITY

Colorado Athletics has partnered with Kulture City to promote sensory disability awareness in all its venues. Our venues are Sensory Inclusive certified meaning our staff our trained to recognize guests dealing with sensory disabilities and we have the appropriate materials to help guests feel welcomed into our space. We can provide guests with Sensory Bags that include noise-cancelling headphones, fidget spinners, other sensory items, and various communication tools to help them process the excessive external stimuli at our events. These bags can be checked out at the Gate 5 Guest Services Kiosk located within Folsom Field.

LACTATION ROOM

Two Mamva Pods located in Balch FH – South Doors and near Gate 12. Gate 3 Medical Room can be used as an alternative location. Please see our Guest Relations team at the Gate 5 window for questions

LOCKER RENTAL

Folsom Field does not have any lockers to rent. Please see our clear bag policy and permitted items list. Any items that are not allowed in the stadium will need to be left in a vehicle. Any items left at entries will be disposed. 

LOST & FOUND ITEMS OR PERSONS

Lost and found items will be taken to the Guest Services office at Gate 5.

Lost persons should be turned over to a Police Office or Security Personnel; Please see our Child at Risk bullet point above. All lost items will be logged by Guest Services and can be reached at guestservices@colorado.edu or by calling 303-492-5318 weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

PARKING

For comprehensive football parking information and maps, visit the campus football parking website.

  • All Public Parking Lots on main campus are $35. Text to Pay after you park. Parking lots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, main campus public parking is very limited and will fill each game.
  • Park on east campus, off Colorado Avenue & Discovery Drive, for $20. Text to Pay after you park. A free shuttle to/from the Stadium begins three hours prior to kick off and runs for one hour after the game ends.
  • Parking lots open for football game parking five (5) hours prior to kick-off, and no earlier than 8:00 a.m.  As you enter campus, attendants and police will direct you. Please review CU Boulder's General Events Parking Information.
  • RV parking is available in lot 544 (east campus).
    • RV parking fees are $120 (credit card) paid on game day. RV parking is not available for pre-purchase.
    • Overnight parking is not allowed on campus.
  • Allow yourself extra travel time as traffic may be heavy
  • At game end, 60 minutes of heavy outgoing traffic takes precedence over gaining access to main campus

PREMIUM SEAT AREAS & ENTRY POINTS

Premium areas include: 

  • BOK Financial Byron White Club, 5th Level East Stadium. Can enter through the east concourse or lower concourse doors and receive a wristband. Must have a Club Level ticket to enter.
  • Suites, 6th and 7th Level of the East Stadium. Can enter through the east concourse or lower concourse doors and receive a wristband. Must have Suite tickets to enter.
  • Crawford Club, enter through the main stadium seating bowl, just past section 121. Must have a Crawford Club ticket.
  • Nerd Wallet Touchdown Club, enter on the North side of the Stadium, in the Dal Ward building. Must have a Touchdown Club ticket.
  • Flatirons Club, entrance on the 2 floor of Balch FH. Must have a ticket for Section 200, 300, or 400 in Balch FH Flatiron Seating area.
  • Rooftop Access, Enter via the North end of the Buffwalk, into the Champions Center elevator lobby on the upper SE corner. Must have a Rooftop ticket to enter.

PROGRAMS

RALPHIE'S GREEN STAMPEDE

Ralphie’s Green Stampede supports CU Athletics in implementing a sustainability framework that focuses on environmental impact, economic resources and social responsibility. Through conscientious gameday operations and stakeholder engagement, we empower all Buffs to have a positive impact on and off the field.

All food waste is compostable, most concession products are recyclable material, and all beverage containers are recyclable. Food waste in Gray labeled bins.  Bottles, cans, other recyclables (i.e. pizza & popcorn boxes) and aluminum, go in the Yellow Co-mingled containers.

RE-ENTRY

Re-Entry is NOT permitted. Guests are not permitted to leave Folsom Field and return on the same ticket. Re-admittance to Folsom Field will be allowed only in the case of an emergency. Those needing to exit Folsom Field for this purpose must see the Gate Supervisor through which they exit/re-enter prior to exiting.

RECRUITS

Football recruits must enter via the West IPF doors. All other sport recruits may enter the venue through the Pass Gate, adjacent to the Franklin Field Ticket booth. 

REST ROOMS

Women’s restrooms are located in Balch Fieldhouse, gates 2, 7, 8 and 12, as well as the east concourse. ADA options Balch SW Restroom & East Concourse (Across Gates 7 and 10)

Men’s restrooms are located in Balch Fieldhouse, gates 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11, as well as the east concourse. ADA options: Balch NW Restroom Gate 6 & East Concourse (Across Gates 7 and 8)

Family restrooms are available on the east concourse opposite gate 9. A Nursing pod are available in the southeast corner of Balch Fieldhouse. There is also a unisex Restroom at the Gate 3 (First Aid)

SEATBACK RENTAL

Portable stadium seats must be 18” or less in width (no pockets, zippers or covers) and cannot overhang the bleacher or infringe on the seat space of those around you. Rental stadium seats are available near Gate 1, Gate 6 and Gate 13 off the BuffWalk. These may be rented for a single game or for the season. Call 303-492-8337 or make your reservation online by visiting www.buffseats.com. $15 on game day.

SEATING INFORMATION

In all sections, seat 1 is to the left when facing the field, OR to the right when entering from the gates. The top row of sections 101 to 121 is row 50. The upper deck begins at row 51 and goes up to row 70 in sections 203 to 213 and to row 83 in sections 214 to 220. See map for more information about seating areas and pricing.

The University of Colorado at Boulder is a non-smoking campus.

STUDENT TICKETS

STUDENT-ATHLETE TICKETS

There is no mobile delivery for Student-Athletes; Student Athletes must check-in at the Pass Gate, adjacent to the Franklin Field Ticket booth.

TICKET OFFICE

The Franklin Field Ticket Booth will be open on gameday FOUR hours prior to kickoff to handle ticket sales (if available), will call, and any ticket issues. The Franklin Field Ticket Booth is located at the Southeast corner of the stadium. The CU Athletic Ticket Office is located in the NE corner of the Champions Center next to the Indoor Practice Facility and adjacent the Buffs Team Store. Staff will be on hand to answer questions regarding season ticket accounts as well as selling individual game tickets (if available) Monday – Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm).

TICKET POLICY
  • All persons MUST have a ticket for admission into the stadium. Children age 3 and under will be admitted for free.
  • The holder of a ticket is restricted to seating in the location that appears on the ticket.
  • All ticket sales are final.
  • Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets are not replaceable.
  • Game times and dates are subject to change without notice. Such changes are not grounds for refunds or exchanges.
  • The University of Colorado reserves the right to revoke the license granted by a ticket by refunding purchase price.

Holders of tickets to University of Colorado athletic events agree to abide by Athletic Department and University policy, as well as local State and Federal laws.

Visiting team will call is located in the lobby of the CU Athletic Ticket Office, located in the NE corner of the Champions Center next to the Ford Practice Facility and adjacent the Buffs Team Store. Visiting team will call opens two hours prior to kickoff until the end of the first quarter. All guests except small children must have valid ID.

WATER FOUNTAINS

Water Fountains and bottle filler stations are located in Balch Fieldhouse outside the Men’s & Women’s restrooms, the east concourse, and between Gates 3 & 5. All stations have the ability to refill water bottles (Metal refillable water bottles are not permitted in the Stadium – please see prohibited items list). 

WHEELCHAIRS

Can be requested from Guest Relations personnel. Guest Relations will provide a wheelchair and escort you to your seats. Post-game you may request a wheelchair to go back to the entrance. Folsom Field does not provide courtesy shuttles to the parking lots, however please see the ADA Shuttle information above. 

WILL CALL

Located at the Franklin Field Ticket Booth off Colorado Avenue South of the Buff Walk; adjacent to the South East Entrance. Windows will open FOUR hours prior to kickoff. Will Call remains open until the end of halftime. A valid photo ID is required.
