Before Colorado – University of Portland (2024–25)
Cross Country
• Finished 27th at the NCAA West Region Championships (20:17.7)
• Placed 10th at the West Coast Conference Championships (20:23.8)
• Opened the season with a win at the Gator Cross (4k – 13:06.1)
• Competed at the Nuttycombe Invitational (21:32.9)
Indoor
• Ran 16:34.24 to place fourth in the 5,000m at the MPSF Indoor Championships
• Clocked 16:23.62 in the 5,000m at the Husky Classic and 9:27.05 in the 3,000m at the UW Preview
• Ran 4:55.54 in the mile at the UW Invite
Outdoor
• Ran a personal best of 33:34.61 in the 10,000m at the Stanford Invitational
• Won the 5,000m at Portland Twilight (16:10.65)

• Volunteered at local road races in New Haven and with EveryBody Athletics in Portland, Oregon
• Mother ran cross country and track at Carleton College; father played soccer and tennis at Carleton
• Chose Colorado for the positive team culture, great coaches, program success, and beautiful training environment
