
WOMEN's TENNIS FALLS TO No. 28 NEW MEXICO, 5-2

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. ? The University of Colorado women's tennis team saw their three-match winning streak halted Sunday afternoon to No. 28 New Mexico, 5-2.
The Buffaloes, ranked No. 48 in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association poll dropped to 6-4, while the Lobos improved to 9-2.
Freshman Lynsee Kever and Morgan Sall each tallied points for CU, who as a team went 1-1 on its trip to the southwestern United States. The Buffs defeated No. 60 Boise State, 4-3, Saturday.
Kever won her seventh match at No. 1 singles taking a 6-3, 6-0 win; and Sall won her third straight match taking a 7-6(5), 4-6, 1-0 (10-7) decision.
CU travels to Provo, Utah, next Monday, March 15 to take on No. 12 Clemson
