- He put himself in the record books in just one season with his receptions ranking seventh, his receiving yards are 12th, and his receiving touchdowns put him fourth all-time in a season, and 20th all-time at CU).
- He and Travis Hunter became the first duo to each have at least 10 receiving touchdowns in the same season.
- Wester finished his career as the active leader in consecutive games with a reception at 50 games going back to his time at FAU.
