Coleman spent two seasons at Trinity Valley Community College playing for head coach Brad Smiley.
Through two seasons, he totaled 92 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, eight sacks, four pass breakups, and a fumble recovery.
In his second season in 2021, he finished with 57 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, four sacks, and two pass breakups.
During his freshman season in 2020, he ended with 35 tackles, seven tackles for loss, four sacks, two pass breakups, and a fumble recovery.

AT HUMBLE

Coleman was a three-year starter at Humble High School for head coach Charles West.
At the end of his career, he had 155 tackles, 102 unassisted tackles, 31 tackles for loss, seven sacks, four forced fumbles, and three pass breakups.
As a senior in 2019, he was named All-State Honorable Mention and All-District 6A-22 First Team as a defensive lineman.
After his junior season, Coleman was named All-District 6A-22 Second Team as a defensive lineman.
Also played basketball, track and field, and tennis.
Placed second in the shot put at the district championships and earned All-District honors in tennis.
