- Emma Gennell DeSensi is the daughter of Krista and Craig DeSensi
- Has two younger siblings, Will and Bella
- Grandfather, William, played football at University of Kentucky
- Father, Craig, played baseball at Notre Dame (1991-1995)
- Hobbies and pastimes include photography, going to the beach, being outdoors, going to concerts and being with friends and family
- Wants to travel to Greece and more cities in Italy
- Favorite foods are Chick-Fil-A, any kind of pasta, popcorn, sushi, steak and sandwiches
- Favorite music genre is country
- Fun Fact: Has a pacemaker to help her heart beat properly and has had 12 heart surgeries
- After CU, wants to go to nursing school and travel the world
- Chose CU because of the college atmosphere, competitive atmosphere, great facilities and people, and it was different than home (something new!)
