WHAT SPARKED YOUR INTEREST IN THE RALPHIE PROGRAM?
Before I came to CU I had no clue who Ralphie was because I didn't keep up with college sports at all. So when I attended my first home football game and saw her and the energy and excitement coming from all the other students, I was hooked. I knew I wanted to be on that field alongside her from that very second.

WHAT DOES RALPHIE MEAN TO YOU?
To me, Ralphie represents what it means to be a Buff here at the University of Colorado. She connects every student no matter what background they come from. This beautiful animal has allowed us to do that for over 50 years and counting.

WHAT'S THE HARDEST PART OF BEING A RALPHIE HANDLER?
The hardest part of being a Ralphie Handler would have to be the weight and sprint training we go through so we can keep up with Ralphie on the field.

WHAT'S THE BEST PART OF BEING A RALPHIE HANDLER?
The best part of being a Ralphie Handler would be being able to form a personal connection with such an amazing animal and being able to run side by side with her in Folsom. This is a one-of-a-kind experience that I know I will never have anything even close to similar to it again.

WHAT'S ONE THING THAT SURPRISES PEOPLE THE MOST WHEN THEY ASK YOU ABOUT BEING A
RALPHIE HANDLER?
People are often surprised to hear that we Ralphie Handlers are considered Varsity athletes here at CU.

WHAT'S ONE THING ABOUT RALPHIE THAT SURPRISED YOU THE MOST AFTER BECOMING A
RALPHIE HANDLER?
One thing that surprised me the most would have to be how sweet and playful Ralphie is. You would think that an animal that size is mean and scary, but she really is just one massive dog.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES?
My favorite hobbies include snowboarding, lifting, reading, climbing, and just about everything else that includes being outdoors.
