Nicole Ott is the daughter of Michele and Steve Ott and was born in Omaha, Neb.
Has three older siblings, Megan, Gunner and Bo
Father, Steve, was a two-time National Champion for the Nebraska Cornhuskers Football team '94 and '95 (1991-1996)
Names her most thrilling sports moment as making it to the state championship four years in a row
Her biggest sports hero is her dad, first and foremost. “He started on the o-line for the Huskers in '94 and '95. The O-line is the hardest-working, most unrecognized part of the team. He taught me that it's not about the personal accolades but the team's success!” She also names Nicklin Hames as another hero. “I loved watching her play; her love of life and the game was infectious. And then I was blessed to have her as my club coach in 2022-23. I grew to love and respect her even more!”
Favorite pastimes and hobbies include wake surfing and hanging out with the people she loves the most
Wants to travel to Fiji, Tahiti, Spain and Greece
Favorite foods are wings, steak, chicken noodle soup and anything chocolate, and favorite musician is Taylor Swift

After CU, she was to own my own store and travel the world
Chose CU because of the welcome she received from the coaches and players. Also, after meeting her best friends and future teammates, there is no place she’d rather be!
