  • Spent four seasons as head coach at Wyoming 
  • Posted a 36-34-11 record at Wyoming, including 12-6-4 in his final season, the best record in school history 
  • 2011 Mountain West Conference Coach of the Year 
  • Spent six seasons as head coach at NCAA Division II Metro State in Denver 
  • Posted a 128-11-7 (.901) record with the Roadrunners, winning Division II national championships in 2004 and 2006 
  • At Metro State, won six RMAC championships, five NCAA regional championships and coached 14 NSCAA All-Americans in addition to the two national titles 
  • Coached men’s and women’s soccer at Mesa Community College for seven years 
  • Coached 12 All-Americans at MCC and posted a 103-15-5 record in six years as head coach of the women’s team 

  

Education 

  • Received bachelor’s degree in economics from Connecticut in 1991 
  • Lettered in soccer, football and baseball in high school at Scottsdale’s (Ariz.) Coronado High School 
  • Played soccer two seasons at Mesa Community College 
  • Led Connecticut to the 1989 Big East championship and an NCAA Tournament appearance
