Track and Field Adds Air Force Twilight for Final Tune Up

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The University of Colorado track and field program has added the Air Force Twilight Open to its schedule as a final tune-up meet before the 2025 Big 12 Outdoor Track and Field Championships. The
Buffaloes will send 13 athletes to compete in 12 events on Friday at the U.S. Air Force Academy.
The women's hammer throw will kick off the meet at 10 a.m., while running events are scheduled to begin at 2:15 p.m. with the 4x100-meter relay. CU's first running entry will take the track at 2:25 p.m. in the women's 400-meter hurdles.

BASE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The U.S. Air Force Academy has adjusted the process to access the installation, which will affect Friday's meet. While the installation remains open for events, if you do not have a DoD ID card, you will need to obtain a pass to enter the base. Once you register, you will receive a message on your phone about approval. Each adult requesting a base pass must present a valid driver's license to scan at the gate. Spectators under the age of 18 with an approved adult are allowed to access the base for athletic events. Click link for access: Air Force Twilight
