Senior forward Jade Masogayo was honored with both the team MVP and Offensive Player of the Year for the second year in a row and in her second season as a Buff. Masogayo was named to the All-Big 12 Second Team, joining Jaylyn Sherrod and Aaronette Vonleh. This marks Masogayo's second All-Conference award in the Big 12 after being named honorable mention at the end of last season. Masogayo was named Big 12 Starting Five Top Performer on Feb. 9 for her performances against then-No. 14 TCU – a career-high 23 points and a game-winning and-one free throw to take an 80-79 victory (Feb. 8). In this season alone, Masogayo averaged 11.2 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steals per game. Additionally, Masogayo had 19 games with double-digit points, and had a stretch of 10 double-digit point games in a row during conference play. She has had at least one rebound and one assist in all but two games this season, and has had five or more rebounds 19 times, as well as having three or more assists seven times.

Junior guard Zyanna Walker and senior forward Anaëlle Dutat shared the Defensive Player of the Year honor for the Buffs. With a conference All-Defensive Team selection and an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention, this was Walker's second All-Defensive Team selection, as well as second in the Big 12, having earned it at the end of last season at Kansas State. On Feb. 2, Walker was named Big 12 Starting Five Top Performer when she posted her first double-double of the season and second of her career against former school Kansas State, with 13 points and 10 rebounds (Jan. 29). Against Kansas that same week, she had four steals and two assists, as well as registering a career-high 24 points, along with four rebounds, three steals, two assists and two blocks (Feb. 1). This season, she has had five or more steals three times and four or more steals six times. Walker also averaged 42.3% from the field this season.

Dutat also earned the Van Goor Rebounding Award as the team's top rebounder. The senior transfer set the program record for offensive rebounds in a single season with over 117, currently sitting at 128 in total offensive boards. She averages 8.1 total rebounds per game and has totaled 267 on the season overall. Dutat has had 11 games with double-digit rebounds this season, including six double-doubles. Dutat has led or tied for leading rebounds in 19 of the Buffs' games this season.

Junior guard Desiree Wooten was awarded the Sixth Man Award. Wooten received an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention following the 2025-26 regular season. This is Wooten's second All-Conference award, having earned Second Team All-AAC, on top of All-AAC Defensive Team, at North Texas last season. Wooten scored double-digit points off the bench in 27-of-33 games this season, and tied her career high in points with 25 against BYU (Feb. 28). In all but one game, Wooten recorded at least one assist, including three or more assists in 13 games. She also grabbed at least one rebound in every conference game except one, with four or more rebounds in nine games.

Freshman forward Logyn Greer was awarded the Newcomer of the Year award by her teammates, currently leading all CU freshmen in minutes played this season. She has the most starts (17) and points (308) out of all five of the Buffs' freshmen this season. Greer was selected to the Big 12 All-Freshman Team, the first selection for Colorado since Kindyll Wetta after the 2021-2022 season. Greer has had 16 games this season with double-digit points and recorded a double-double against Miami (OH) with 12 points and 12 rebounds. She has also recorded at least one assist in 23 games, has grabbed at least one rebound in all but two games, and finished with five or more rebounds in 18 games. Greer has shot 45.9% from the field and 78.1% from the line. Playing in all 33 games this season, Greer has averaged 9.3 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 0.7 blocks per game.

Junior guard Maeve McErlane was chosen as the Ceal Bary Pride Award recipient by head coach JR Payne and the coaching staff. The award is given to the student-athlete who shows drive, puts in hard work, and is unselfish on and off the court. McErlane also earned the Iron Buff award for her work and mentality in the weight room. Playing in 31 and starting in 22 games for Colorado, McErlane's leadership presence on the court is unmatched. She is more than just her stat line, playing crucial minutes for CU and helping set up her teammates in crunch time.

This year's Crystal Ford Adams Scholar-Athlete Award was given to sophomore guard Kennedy Sanders. The award is directed in part by Associate Director of Academic LaTonya Watson and the individual work the student-athlete demonstrates in the classroom. Sanders also earned the team's Buff Service Award. The award recognizes the individual(s) for giving back to the community. Though her season was cut short due to injury, Sanders exemplifies what it means to be a Buff, on and off the court.
