CU Athletics To Hold Send Off for Buffs Bound for the Elite Eight!

Lacrosse Team Headed to Chicago to Play Top-Seeded Northwestern in NCAA Tournament
Come out and support the CU women's lacrosse team as they leave to take on Northwestern in the NCAA Elite Eight! Â

The team will be having a public sendoff on Tuesday, May 12 at 2:30 p.m. outside the northeast entrance to the CU Events Center.  Director of Athletics Fernando Lovo, Head Coach Ann Elliott Whidden, and others will be speaking before the team loads onto the bus and departs for Northwestern. Chip and the CU Cheer Squad will also be there to send off the Buffs! Â

Colorado will take on the Wildcats on Thursday, May 14 at 12:30 p.m. MT. The game will be broadcast on ESPNU. Â
