- ESPN rated Lewis as the No. 2 player and quarterback in the country and the No. 1 player from Georgia with a 93 overall rating.

He has chipped in 86 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns en route to a 14-1 record and an appearance in the GHSA 6A Championship.
- Lewis, in his sophomore year, posted a record of 11-2 and helped Carrollton reach the 7A quarterfinals. In 2023, he completed 186 of 280 passes (66.4%) for 3,094 yards and 48 touchdowns to only two interceptions.
- In 13 games, Lewis threw for at least four touchdowns in six games. This includes seven touchdown passes against Harrison in the first round of the playoffs.
- Lewis won the 2023 MaxPreps National Sophomore of the Year and was a finalist for the Gatorade National Player of the Year Award. He also won his second consecutive Region Offensive Player of the Year.
- At the end of the 2023-24 season, Lewis was honored with the Gatorade Georgia Football Player of the Year. He is the first to be chosen from Carrollton High School.
- As a freshman in Georgia high school football's highest classification (7A), he won the starting job and led the Trojans to a 14-1 record and an appearance in the state title game.
- He completed 283 of 432 passing attempts (65.5%) for 4,118 yards, the 13th most in Georgia high school football history to go along with 48 touchdowns, the 12th most in a season tied with his sophomore season. In the state finals, he threw for a record 531 yards against Mill Creek.
- After the season, he was named the 2022 MaxPreps National Freshman of the Year and Region Offensive Player of the Year.
