2024-25 (Junior): Appeared in four games (Michigan State, Bellarmine, TCU & Villanova). Scored four points, hitting his first career free throw on Senior Day vs. TCU (3/8) and his first career 3-point field goal in the closing seconds of his final game vs. Villanova (4/1).
2023-24 (Sophomore): Saw action in one game - his first in nearly two years - against Oregon State (1/20), collecting his first two career rebounds and first assist in the closing minutes.
2022-23 (Redshirt Freshman): Intended to transfer to NCAA Division II Colorado Christian, but an injury changed those plans and instead took a gap year back home and returned to Colorado for the Fall 2023 semester.
2021-22 (Freshman): Played in two games, appearing in the final minutes of the home wins over Maine (11/15) and Oregon State (2/5). Hit one of two field goal attempts on the season, scoring his lone points on a field goal against the Beavers. Joined the Colorado program as a walk-on in the fall of 2021.
High School: A 2021 graduate of Highland Park High School. Averaged 12.1 points and 4.5 assists as a senior, helping the Scots to a 22-5 record, the District 13-5A title and a spot in the region semifinals. Named the District 13-5A Offensive Player of the Year and earned Texas Association of Basketball Coaches All-Region honors. A three-year letterwinner, two-time captain, team MVP and assist-award winner. Averaged 11.7 points and 4.5 assists as a junior. Ranks third in assists on Highland Park's all-time list. Played club basketball for the Texas Dynasty and one year with the Lone Star Elite.
Academics: A Religious Studies major at Colorado.
Personal: Born July 23, 2002 in Dallas. He is the son of Paige Lueking and John Pease. Has one older sister, Caroline. Enjoys Church, music, food, golf, playing cards and going to the movies. He was a member of Young Men's Service League in high school and was honored with the Presidential Award for the most hours of community service as a senior. He is an Eagle Scout. He would like to play basketball professionally overseas and then either becoming a coach or doing something in Ministry. Took six years of Spanish and has a Black Belt in Taekwondo.
