Fifth Year (2021): Adams started 11 of the 15 matches she played in 2021…Voted a team captain…She scored her first career goal in CU’s 4-2 win over Cal St. Fullerton (9/9)…Finished the season with three points, adding an assist in CU’s 3-2 win over Oregon State (10/24)…Recorded career-highs in shots (10) and shots on goal (3)…played 864 minutes.
Senior (2020): Started seven of the16 matches she played in the shortened season...Recorded three shots...Helped preserve eight shutouts on the season...Played all 110 minutes in CU’s 0-0 draw against Arizona.
Junior (2019): Adams played in 17 of CU’s 22 matches in her first season with the Buffs...She debuted against Boston University, playing 32 minutes in CU’s 2-0 win...Played a season-high 48 minutes in a 4-0 win over Northern Colorado...She totaled 361 minutes...Saw 36 minutes of action in the second round of the NCAA Tournament at North Carolina...Played in five of CU’s eight shutouts.
Sophomore (2018 at Grambling St.): Adams was the 2018 Southwestern Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year...started 22 games, helping solidify a backline that recorded 11 shutout victories…led Grambling with 1,940 minutes…helped the Lady Tigers finish one win shy of the NCAA Tournament…was a First Team All-SWAC and First-Team All-Louisiana.
Freshman (2017 at Grambling St.): Adams started 18 of her 20 games played…was second on the team with 1,806 minutes played…earned Second Team SWAC honors…named Louisiana Sports Writers Association honorable mention.
High School: Adams played three years at Bishop Alemany…she scored two goals as a freshman and was the team’s Most Inspirational Player…scored five goals as a sophomore, earning team and league Defensive Player of the Year…tore her ACL and sat out her junior season…moved to forward as a senior, scoring 14 goals and totaling 10 assists…earned First Team All-CIF her senior year...also lettered in track & field.

Personal: Daughter of Desirae and Vernon Adams….has an older sister, Destinee…her older brother, Vernon Jr., plays quarterback for the Montreal Alouettes…plans to pursue opening a training facility that specializes in soccer development after graduation…enjoys binge-watching Netflix series.
