Freshman (2019): Took a redshirt season.

High School: Short was All-League at Capistrano Valley her sophomore and junior seasons…she helped CVHS to the CIF Qualifier as a sophomore…also earned two letters in track and field…was a CIF Qualifier in the 4x100 relay, 400m and shotput.

Club: Played club for the So Cal Blues…helped backend the Blues to a 2018 national title…helped the Blues go undefeated in the 2014-15 and 2016-17 seasons.

ODP: ODP player pool 2013-16…2016 holdover.

In the Classroom: She intends to major in psychology.

Personal: Daughter of Stan and Mindy Short…has two older brothers, Stephen and Jacob…her father was played football and Penn State and was drafted in the sixth round the 1985 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions…her grandfather played football at Virginia State…plans to become a nurse or special needs teacher…enjoys kickboxing, bible study and weight training.
