• Colorado improves to 2-1 in Pac-12 lid lifters. The Buffs are 3-1 in conference openers under Tad Boyle, including a victory over No. 8 Missouri to kick off the 2010-11 Big 12 slate.
• Colorado improves to 10-4 in the all-time series against Oregon State. Under the Boyle coaching staff, CU is 5-2 in the series against the Beavers.
• The Buffs are now 7-1 in Boulder against OSU with their only loss coming in the 2012-13 regular season home finale.
• CU begins the season 12-2, matching 1979-80 after 14 games (35 years ago).
