
Outdoor Track Season Begins for Buffs at CSU Pueblo

BOULDER—The outdoor season has finally arrived, and the Colorado Buffaloes are set to open the season down Interstate 25 in Pueblo at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Invitational in the CSU Pueblo ThunderBowl.
The two-day meet will begin Friday at 10 a.m. with the men's javelin and women's hammer throw, concluding Saturday with the remaining field and track events. The field events will open with the men's shot put, women's discus and women's pole vault, while the women's 10,000-meter run will kick off the track events at 8:30 a.m.
The Buffs will send 15 women to compete in 21 events and 16 men in 23 events.
