How to watch, listen and follow along — plus five things to know — for CU's game against the Wildcats
BOULDER– The University of Colorado Buffaloes are back home at Folsom Field this Saturday for a Halloween day match-up against Kansas State starting at 12 p.m. The Buffs will be hosting a special Halloween Bash prior to the game with a costume parade and trick-or-treating. Tickets are still available.   Â
Â
The Buffs (2-5, 0-4 Big 12) are looking to break a five-game skid after falling to the Oklahoma State Cowboys 57-24 in Stillwater on Oct. 24. Kansas State (4-3, 1-3) is also coming off a loss at Arizona State, 28-17, last week and has dropped each of its two conference road games this season.   Â
Â
The series between the longtime Big 7, Big 8, and Big 12 rivals dates all the way back to 1912 and this will mark the 69th meeting between the teams. K-State is currently riding a two-game winning streak after beating the Buffaloes in Folsom Field 31-28 on Oct. 12, 2024 and earning a 24-14 victory in the regular season-finale last year. All-time, CU leads the series 45-22-1 and is 28-6 against the Cats at home.        Â

Five Things To Know
Â
1 - Fast Start: Colorado scored touchdowns on its first two possessions at Oklahoma State, held the ball for 12:17 of the first quarter and took a 24-23 lead into halftime before the Cowboys scored the game's final 37 points in a 57-24 decision. The Buffs' 24 points, 399 total yards and 343 passing yards were all season highs on the road, and Isaac Wilson was 14-of-16 for 222 yards and two touchdowns before the break.
Â
2 -Â JoJo's 135: Joseph Williams caught nine passes for a Colorado career-high 135 yards, surpassing the 128 he had against Iowa State in 2025, and passed 1,000 receiving yards as a Buff on his third catch of the night. He caught all eight of his first-half targets for 130 yards, matching the second-most receptions in a half in CU history, and has 46 catches for 643 yards this season, both personal single-season bests. It was his third 100-yard game of the season and he has caught at least five passes in five straight games.
Â
3 -Â Two for 100 Times 3: Williams (135) and DeAndre Moore Jr. (106) gave Colorado two 100-yard receivers for the third time this season, after Williams and Moore against Weber State and Williams and Quanell Farrakhan Jr. at Baylor. Moore's 15-yard touchdown on third-and-13 with three seconds left in the first quarter was his third of the season and came in a second consecutive game with a scoring catch; it was his second 100-yard game as a Buff. He has 28 catches for 418 yards.
Â
4 - Wilson Accounts for Three: Isaac Wilson threw for 280 yards and two touchdowns and scored on a 1-yard run in the second quarter, his first collegiate rushing touchdown, giving him a hand in all three Colorado scores. He completed his first nine passes, finished the first quarter 11-of-12 for 111 yards and two touchdowns, and his two scoring passes matched his CU high. His 296 yards of total offense pushed him past 1,000 as a Buff (1,067).
 Â
5 - Three in Double Figures: Gideon ESPN Lampron (14), Randon Fontenette (11) and Liona Lefau (10) each reached double-digit tackles for the second straight game after all three had 13 against Utah. Lampron's 14 were a collegiate career high, one more than the 13 he had reached four times, and his third straight 10-tackle game; Fontenette passed 200 career tackles and broke up two passes for the second week in a row; Lefau added a 10-yard sack.
