High School: A 2025 graduate of Cherokee Trail High School, completing his academics at the Aurora, Colo., school while playing basketball for Colorado Prep. Rated unanimously as the top-ranked player in the state of Colorado for the 2025 class (ESPN, On3, 247Sports, Rivals Industry). A four-star prospect, On3.com lists him as the sixth-best combo guard in the nation while 247Sports ranks him at No. 17. On3.com lists him as the 101st overall player in the country. Averaged 23 points, six rebounds and five assists per game in the EIBC (Elite International Basketball Conference). Earned MVP honors of the EIBC League session 3, averaging 24 points, three assists and three rebounds. Grind Session Player of the Game against Albuquerque Prep, scoring 37 points with seven rebounds and four assists. Led Colorado Prep to a near upset over the nation's No. 3 ranked team in Prolific Prep (Calif.) with 38 points, 10 rebounds and five assists at the Tark Classic in Las Vegas. Scored 40 points in his final game in the Grind Session. Played club basketball with the Mountain Stars program.

Personal: The son of Lourdes and Joseph Sanders, born on June 23 in San Antonio. Has two older siblings, Isaiah and Jasmine. Comes from a long line of Air Force graduates, including sister Jasmine. His brother Isaiah played football at Air Force and Stanford. Dad Joseph played football at Eastern Washington and professionally indoors. Former teammates with Baye Ndongo of Georgia Tech. He can speak Spanish. He would like to help under-resourced youth after his playing days; his dad had a non-profit company in Denver and helped them out when he could.
