Grossmann joined the Buffs in August 2022, filling the role of Director of Lacrosse Operations. 

She comes to CU from the University of Washington, where she was the Assistant Director of Operations for the Huskies' baseball team.

Grossmann attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, graduating with a bachelor's degree in mathematics. During her undergrad, she worked with the baseball team in both equipment and operations. 

She earned her master's in athletic leadership at Washington in 2022.
